Job Description
This is a current ongoing project based in Bognor Regis. The client is a full time property developer, currently converting a house to 7 Bed HMO. The structure requires a change of use and hence requires full planning permission.
For this project we produced the following drawings:
- 1:1250 Location Plan
- 1:500 Block Plan
- 1:100 Floor Plans (Existing and Proposed)
- 1:100 Elevations (Existing and Proposed)
